30-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Free Size Exchanges
Got the wrong size? We've got you covered with one free size exchange per order:
- You cover return shipping
- We ship your new size completely FREE
- Check our size guide before ordering to find your perfect fit
Changed your mind?
Returns for Store Credit. We accept unworn returns within 14 days for store credit:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- You cover return shipping costs
- Store credit issued within 5-10 business days after inspection
Full Refunds
We offer full refunds to your original payment method for:
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect items shipped
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
