At Billi Yacht, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy from the date you receive your order.

We accept returns for all standard reasons, including refunds, size exchanges, and even change of mind.

3 EASY STEPS TO RETURN

STEP 1: Locate the Return Portal

Click the profile icon in our store menu, or navigate directly to our Returns / Refund Policy page to start your request.

STEP 2: Sign In

Sign in to your account using the email address associated with your order.

STEP 3: Submit Your Request

• Select the specific order you wish to return.

• If your order contains multiple items, choose the individual item(s) you want to send back.

• Pick a return reason and add any relevant notes for our team.

• Click "Request Return".

What Happens Next?

Shipping Instructions & Refund:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Simply pack your item, attach the label, and send it back to us. Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
